As reported by Censor.NET citing the latest update by the JFO headquarters press center as of July 24, 2018, the enemy fired upon the Ukrainian troops’ strongholds 33 times using heavy weapons banned by the Minsk agreements in three cases.
"The Russian occupation forces attacked defenders of Krymske, Zolote, Luhanske, Pivdenne, Novhorodske, Zalizne, Avdiivka, Marinka, Opytne, Pisky, Novotroitske, Vodiane, Pavlopil, Talakivka, Lebedynske and Shyrokyne. The invaders also bombarded positions in the vicinity of Vodiane with 120-mm mortar. Defenders of Novotroitske came under 122-mm artillery strike. Ukrainian troops deployed on the outskirts of Lebedynske were bombarded with 122-mm artillery, 120-mm and 82-mm mortars.
"No Ukrainian soldier was killed or wounded in action over the past 24 hours," the situation report reads.
Intelligence sources indicate one invader injured in backfire.
The Russian-backed militants have reportedly attacked the positions of Ukrainian defenders near Luhanske and Pivdenne twice today.
