Ukraine withdraws from three more agreements with CIS

Censor.NET reports citing LB.ua.

The government has decided to withdraw from a number of agreements: on Interstate Exchange of Economic Information (signed on June 26, 1992 in Minsk), on Exchange of Foreign Economic Activity Information (signed on Sept. 24, 1993 in Moscow), on Cooperation in Foreign Economic Sector (signed on May 12, 1992 in Tashkent).

The agreements do not apply any more due to open access to information on the websites of Ukrainian government agencies and international organizations where Ukraine is a member.

Besides, Ukraine has certain obligations in the international trade sector as a member of WTO and under the Association Agreement with the EU. Some provisions of the terminated agreements are inconsistent with these obligations.
