Meeting in Minsk will take place if "Normandy Four" leaders agree on a number of issues – Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the leaders of the "Normandy Four" agreed to hold a meeting in Minsk on Wednesday, Feb. 11, if by that time they "manage to agree on a number of points."

President Putin, though, cautioned that the meeting may not even take place.

"We will be aiming for Wednesday, if by that time we manage to agree on a number of points which we've been intensely discussing lately," Putin said during a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko in Minsk.
