This was announced by the head of state's press service, Censor.NET reports.
"The head of state has called "not to pretend that the events in Debaltseve meet the Minsk agreements." He has also urged to elaborate clear guarantees for possible attempts of violating the given agreements in the future," the message reads.
"The interlocutors agreed that the OSCE SMM representatives should be assisted in full, and today they should receive full access for monitoring and verification, particularly in the area of the Donetsk airport, Horlivka, Pervomaisk, Shyrokyne and other areas of shelling. Only upon achievement of comprehensive cease-fire should the withdrawal of heavy weaponry begin under direct monitoring of the OSCE. It was agreed that the center for monitoring and control should complete elaboration of the joint plan on the withdrawal of heavy weaponry, artillery, and MRLSes," the Presidential Administration added.
"The Ukrainian president voiced a demand to liberate all POWs, including those captured in the area of Debaltseve," the press service stressed.
"The parties agreed to coordinate their actions on fulfillment of the above goals at the level of Foreign Ministers this week. The Ukrainian party insisted to include the issue of peacekeepers' involvement to the discussion, both on the collision line and the line of interstate border between Ukraine and Russia," the Presidential Administration summed up.
