"I am convinced that the documents on granting Ukraine a visa-free regime will be properly signed and ratified by the European Parliament, there is no doubt. I can even say before which date - Nov. 24," he noted.

According to Poroshenko, the issue of granting Ukraine a visa-free regime has been delayed because of a dispute between the European Parliament and the European Commission over the powers to suspend visa-free travel for any country.
