OSCE: 21 civilians killed, some 100 wounded in Donbas in 2017
Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug says 21 civilians have been killed and 95 wounded in the anti-terrorist operation area in Ukraine’s east since the beginning of the year.

According to Hug, 116 persons have suffered from hostilities in the Donbas in 2017. 21 of them were killed and 95 wounded.
The monitor added that last week alone, the Special Monitoring Mission reported of six civilians wounded and one killed.
