"Man-caused regional emergency situation has been announced in Avdiivka. Today, we start working - in order to recover from this dependence on the whims of the Russian terrorist gangs.

"The cost of the construction is 59 million hryvnia ($2.29 million - ed.). We are negotiating with Metinvest (the group of steel and mining companies - ed.) on partial funding of the construction by them, as long as Avdiivka Coke and Chemical Plant (owned by Metinvest - ed.) will be receiving gas from Ukraine-controlled areas through this pipeline as well," Zhebrivskyi said.
