On July 16, observers saw six tracked vehicles, including at least one MT-LB.

"On July 16, the SMM saw six tracked military-type vehicles, including at least one APC (MT-LB), in Petrovskyi district of Donetsk city, as well as fresh tracks assessed as those of at least two tanks (T-72) about 3 km south-west of the city center," the press service noted.

The mission also saw on July 15 12 IFVs (BMP-1) in "DPR"-controlled Nova Marivka (64 km south of Donetsk)

The "DPR" and "LPR" are terrorist organizations that seized part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine with the support of the Russian Federation. Both organizations were set up and are being funded and maintained by Russia, from where, among other things, terrorists receive manpower, instructors, as well as heavy equipment, weapons, ammunition and fuel.
