According to Opora observers' data, the highest election turnout - 38.1% - was registered in the western regions as of 4 p.m. In the central regions the election turnout reached 37.4%, while only 32.6% of voters took a vote in the south regions. At the same time, 33.5% of voters visited polling stations in the eastern regions.
"As to the cities where Opora observers conduct a parallel count of votes, 29.6% of Odesa residents, 35.3% of Kharkiv residents, and 33.7% of Dnipropetrosvk residents have already taken the vote," the statement reads.
